Pancake Snacker

Incidentally, since Adam's pancakes have no sugar, they make a pretty good canvas for savory things, too. This one is hummus, chopped cucumber with salt and pepper, and a drizzle of garlic oil. It made an excellent afternoon snack.

    Savory pancakes are such a good idea - what a lovely little snack!

    And I can't believe you saw me with the cake! Were we in Kendall or Davis? My parents were visiting, hence the suitcases :)
