My husband and I are very big into ro...Interesting. My husband and I are very big into roast chicken (we do ours in a clay pot in the oven or in a slowcooker depending on my time and mood). I usually resort to vermouth, salt, pepper, and copious fresh rosemary, but thyme is a long time favorite of mine as well (it makes amazing chicken salad).<BR/><BR/>But I have never salted and sat a chicken before. It makes sense. We do it to turkeys all the time. why not chicken?
