Weee!

Well, it's the first day of spring, and even thought it's cooold here in Boston, the sun is shining AND I won Paper Chef 38! My fig and mint meatballs with anchovy tomato sauce over creamy polenta has edged out the competition, which means I get to randomly select 3 and purposely select 1 of next month's ingredients.
