Well now I feel old!

Whoa. This is my 100th post! And on this momentous occasion, instead of giving you a recipe, I'm going to ask YOU for something.     I'm excited by the mere presence of the fusilli in your picture. Doesn't fusilli just make you feel fancy when you see it on a plate?! Yet...cookies.

    Oatmeal "Irish coffee" sandwich cookies, hands down! I live in Italy and I have/cook pasta at every meal. Cookies, on the other hand, satisfy my American gluttony. And well, Irish coffee is a palatial treat! Go for the scrumptious biscuits, plese!

    Tough choice. All we do at school (I'm a culinary school student) these days is chicken, chicken, and more chicken. So all I ever crave when I get home is some nice greens and a sweet.
